Kristine Anderson to Chair Upcoming Panel

Fern Law’s Kristine Anderson will be chairing an upcoming panel, “When World’s collide: Corporate Issues, Matrimonial Breakdown and Death”, organized by the Toronto Lawyer’s Association Family and Estates Committee and taking place on November 23 from 5:30 to 7:30. The discussion is called, “When World’s Collide. The panel features the Honourable Justice Myers, and senior family and estates lawyers, Gary Joseph and Clare Burns. They will focus on how to tackle corporate issues in family and estates matters.

The discussion will be centered around a fact pattern where the husband is in a second marriage, has various businesses, later separates from his second wife and dies.
